Studio Manager - Warrior Martial Arts (Dunellen, NJ)

About Us:

Warrior Martial Arts is a fast-growing martial arts organization with a mission to build confident, disciplined, and focused kids through martial arts training. With two thriving locations (and more coming soon), we are looking for a driven and organized Studio Manager to help lead our team, support families, and grow our community.

Position Overview:

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping the studio meet its growth goals. You'll work closely with the Head Coach and CEO to create a positive environment for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily front-desk operations, scheduling, and member communication Lead and support a team of coaches and assistant instructors Oversee new member onboarding, payments, and customer accounts Handle leads, trials, and membership sales with confidence Track key metrics (retention, attendance, sales, events) Maintain clean, organized, and professional studio environment Plan and support community events, promotions, and parent engagement activities Ensure company policies and standards are followed Report daily performance updates and communicate effectively with leadership

Qualifications:

Strong communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and proactive Sales or customer service experience required (fitness or martial arts background a plus) Comfortable using technology (CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.) Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Compensation:

Full-time, salaried position Pay range: $40,000-$60,000/year depending on experience Performance bonuses and growth opportunities available Paid training, events, and professional development
