We are passionate about empowering our clients through the Lagree Fitness Method and are excited to expand our impact with the opening of a new location. We're looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to spearhead marketing efforts, grow our business, collaborate on apparel design, and play a pivotal role in launching our new studio.

: The Studio Manager will drive business growth through innovative marketing, brand development, and operational excellence. This role includes helping to establish and scale a new studio location, managing day-to-day operations, and creating a memorable client experience. Additionally, the Studio Manager will collaborate on apparel design and merchandise strategy, contributing to the studio's lifestyle brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

New Location Launch:

Assist with planning and executing the opening of a new studio, including staffing, marketing, and logistical coordination. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement pre-opening campaigns and events. Ensure smooth transitions of operations and client integration at the new location.
Marketing & Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing members. Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and influencers. Monitor key performance metrics to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Apparel & Merchandise:

Collaborate with designers to create branded apparel and merchandise that aligns with the studio's image. Manage inventory, restocking, and product launches. Plan and promote pop-up events, limited-edition releases, and community-focused apparel campaigns.
Studio Operations:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional studio environment.

Lead by example, teaching a set number of classes each week while maintaining a high energy, motivational, and professional demeanor.

Handle scheduling and administrative tasks. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.
Team & Client Engagement:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and front desk staff. Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and fostering loyalty. Organize events and initiatives that strengthen the studio's connection to the community.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, business development, or studio management.

Fitness experience strongly preferred.

Creative flair with an eye for branding and design. Leadership experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms. Familiarity with the Lagree method is a plus but not required.
