Position Overview

The Studio Experience Leader is responsible for overseeing aspects of operations -- from sales and scheduling to team leadership and marketing. This is the perfect opportunity for a licensed esthetician with management experience who thrives on motivating others, driving sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences the opportunity to grow with our company as we open more locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the Fizz team to deliver exceptional guest service. Drive sales of memberships, packages, and skincare products. Promote and manage event space rentals and in-store promotions. Maintain operational excellence and ensure brand standards. Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives. Perform limited administrative duties, reporting, and KPI tracking.

What We're Looking For

Licensed Esthetician (required). 3+ years as an esthetician with facial experience (required). 1+ year of experience as a leader managing a team (required). Marketing and sales experience preferred Proven success in sales, upselling, and customer relationship management. Strong organizational, communication, and skilled at taking the initiative. Confidence using POS and scheduling systems, experience with Zenoti software system is a plus! Creative energy and leadership that inspires team growth and synergy.
