- Part Time/Non-Exempt
- Deliver unparalleled customer service and hospitality to all clients
- Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, helping to cultivate a welcoming, inviting atmosphere
- Support studio management in daily tasks and projects
- Provide studio tours and information to first time clients
- Share pricing and class information with prospective clients
- Work alongside and support studio instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience
- Understand C|studios product knowledge, policies and procedures
- Possess basic understanding of products within the wellness shop
- Execute retail sales from wellness shop
- Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class to ensure each client receives the best experience possible
- Assist in retail inventory at the end of the month
- Complete opening and closing checklist
- Maintain the distinct Collective Studios aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
- Must have customer service and/or hospitality experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Able to handle stressful situations with poise, patience and confidence
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Must be available to work: Wednesday 5:15PM-8:30PM & Saturday 8AM-11:30AM
- 2-3 shifts per week
- Flexible hours: early mornings, nights, weekends
- Some holidays (open year-round)
