ABOUT THE ROLE Our Studio Coordinator team plays a critical role in shaping our studio experience and ensuring smooth studio operations from open to close. Our Studio Coordinator team is comprised of outgoing and charismatic go-getters who are passionate about fitness and wellness. Employment Status:
  • Part Time/Non-Exempt
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service and hospitality to all clients
  • Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, helping to cultivate a welcoming, inviting atmosphere
  • Support studio management in daily tasks and projects
  • Provide studio tours and information to first time clients
  • Share pricing and class information with prospective clients
  • Work alongside and support studio instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience
  • Understand C|studios product knowledge, policies and procedures
  • Possess basic understanding of products within the wellness shop
  • Execute retail sales from wellness shop
  • Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class to ensure each client receives the best experience possible
  • Assist in retail inventory at the end of the month
  • Complete opening and closing checklist
  • Maintain the distinct Collective Studios aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
Qualifications:
  • Must have customer service and/or hospitality experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Able to handle stressful situations with poise, patience and confidence
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be available to work: Wednesday 5:15PM-8:30PM & Saturday 8AM-11:30AM
  • 2-3 shifts per week
  • Flexible hours: early mornings, nights, weekends
  • Some holidays (open year-round)
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
