Student Worker ? Data Analytics & Operations Support


The Student Worker Data Analytics & Operations Support is responsible for supporting the Unit Controller and Operations team by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting labor, food cost, and operational metrics. This position assists in maintaining accurate data across multiple dining locations, preparing reports, monitoring trends, and ensuring data integrity. The role provides essential analytical support to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the dining program.

Job Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze labor, food cost, and productivity data for assigned locations
? Generate weekly and monthly dashboards and metric reports for leadership review

? Assist with data entry, system updates, and validation within Aramark financial and operational platforms

? Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes

? Prepare and maintain location-level performance trackers and KPI summaries

? Review data for accuracy and follow up with managers to resolve discrepancies

? Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

------------------


Basic computer skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts preferred)

? Ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends or irregularities

? Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

? Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet reporting deadlines

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities


This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
