Position Announcement
Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist in the Technician Tool Room.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintains equipment and tools.
- Cleans facilities, equipment and work areas.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Works closely with instructors.
- Works in all areas of Transportation Technologies department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a UVU Student.
- Experience or education of automotive related work.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Knowledge in tool safety and proper machine and tool operations.
- Familiar with tools and tool identification.
- Organizations skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills with students, instructors and assistants.
