Lindsey Wilson University is seeking applicants for a Student Records Specialist to join our Registrar's Office team. The Registrar's Office is responsible for the collection, management, and housing of all official student records. The Student Records Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to, customer service, student registration, file creation, transcript evaluation, and correspondence. Applicants must have excellent time-management and organizational skills. Computer skills must include proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software, excellent typing skills, and the willingness and capability of learning various specialized software utilized by the University. We are looking for an individual who has a strong sense of integrity who can maintain strict confidentiality who possesses a strong work ethic and is self-motivated.
A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 ears of office experience is required. Those with prior experience in Higher Education Administration are preferred.
