Position

Growth Representative Intern (Commission-Based)
Remote & Flexible (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
Perfect for: High school juniors/seniors, college students, or recent grads seeking resume-building experience and performance-based earnings.

What You'll Do

Reach out to caregivers and families via calls, DMs, social media, and community outreach. Support onboarding of caregivers and families onto the CareSync platform. Share flyers and digital content in your community and online networks. Track outreach activity and participate in weekly leaderboard competitions.

What You'll Gain

Commission-Based Pay:

Earn 2.5% of transactions you help close, plus milestone bonuses ($100 at 10, $300 at 25, $750 at 50).

Who We're Looking For

Students who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to learn. Interest in healthcare, business, marketing, or sales is a plus. No experience required -- energy and initiative matter most.

Compensation

Commission-based internship. You earn from closed transactions plus milestone bonuses. Top performers may be considered for future paid roles as CareSync expands.
