job summary:
Our client is seeking Structural Engineer to permanently join their team in either Atlanta, GA, or Eugene, OR (remote work from SE or NW is a potential option)

A Professional Engineering license is required, as well as experience with steel and concrete engineering design

The salary range is between $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience and in addition to benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, holiday pay, PTO, annual reviews, merit increases, promotion opportunities, year-end bonus, and a profit-sharing program

responsibilities:

• Develop structural designs and details for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures

• Perform field investigation of existing conditions

• Develop structural calculation packages for permitting and client review

• Prepare design documents for drafting and oversee drawing development

• Complete structural condition assessment reports

• Mentor and review the work of non-licensed civil and structural engineers

Requirements:

• 6+ years of structural engineering experience

• PE licensure

• Fluency with International Building Code structural provisions and structural standards
