Stretch Coach (High-Paying Part-Time Role)

We're hiring a reliable, motivated Stretch Coach to deliver assisted stretching sessions using our proprietary stretch method inside a professional clinical setting. This is a high-paying part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best.

This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, strong earning potential, and consistent clients -- without needing to build their own business.

Schedule & Availability

Part-time position Must be available evenings and weekends Consistent availability is required (this is not a fill-in role)
Compensation

Competitive base pay + commission Commission is earned on sessions, packages, and memberships sold High performers can earn significantly more per hour than traditional part-time fitness roles
Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using our proprietary method Follow established protocols and session structure exactly as trained Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching Support client retention by delivering a high-quality, consistent experience Maintain a professional, welcoming environment Communicate clearly with the front desk and management team Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work every shift
Requirements

Extremely reliable and professional Comfortable working evenings and weekends Strong interpersonal and communication skills Coachable and able to follow a proven system Physically capable of performing assisted stretching sessions Background in fitness, wellness, bodywork, kinesiology, athletic training, massage, personal training, yoga, or similar is preferred (but not required)
Training

Full training provided in our proprietary stretch method Ongoing support and skill development You do not need prior assisted stretching experience -- just the right attitude and work ethic
