WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Personalized Stretch Sessions

Deliver safe and effective one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using our proven protocols to help clients perform and feel their best.

Be a Trusted Wellness Expert

Educate clients on recovery, posture, mobility, and performance. Your deep knowledge of anatomy and movement will make you an essential part of their wellness journey.

Build Lasting Client Relationships

Create a welcoming, encouraging environment that drives client retention through trust, care, and results.

Represent the StretchLab Brand

Work closely with our front desk and sales team to convert first-time visitors into lifelong members.

Stay at the Forefront of Movement Science

Take part in ongoing education and hands-on training in a studio that values growth, collaboration, and cutting-edge methodology.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

You're not just a coach--you're a

movement specialist

who's passionate about helping people improve how they live and move. You bring energy, education, and empathy into every session, and thrive in a

fast-paced, team-oriented

environment.

You must have ONE of the following:

Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Movement, or related field Current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF Professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer Credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with strong anatomy training

Bonus Qualifications:

CPR/AED Certified (or willing to become certified) 1+ year working with clients in fitness, wellness, or therapy Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics Excellent communication and client-care skills Positive, team-player attitude with a commitment to professionalism Motivated, energetic, and eager to grow

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
