Compensation:

Competitive starting pay rate

$21.85-$25.05

The

Straw

Machine Operator

will work on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Shifts available are below:

Night Shift Schedule:

7:00pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Operates and maintains multiple straw lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs lines to ensure minimal down time. Ensures production records are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion. Ensures quality requirements are met including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, visual inspection. Trains newer employees in line operation and paperwork.

QualityFollow all GMP guidelines required by the site and for each work station Inspect all product passing through the workstation for any possible defects or product concerns Report any concerns on quality of product immediately to appropriate supervision on shift

Qualifications:

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in machine operating or maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment + Preferred experience: 1 year machine operating or maintenance within injection molding
Manual Dexterity Excellent communication skills Detailed record keeping per the prescribed frequency Hand/eye coordination Analytical skills Math Skills (calculators to determine and record production data) Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve minor machine issues relating to its operation Understanding of production measurement tools such as level, etc. Knowledge of product quality standards Principles of Thermoforming machines
