As a Strategic Planner, you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects for the Department of Defense in CWMD mission area. You\xe2\x80\x99ll research, develop, analyze, assess, and conduct strategic planning in support of a Combatant Command responsible for world-wide mission areas. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we\xe2\x80\x99ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in support of the National Defense Strategy.

• 4+ years of experience with CWMD planning activity
• 3+ years of experience with CWMD planning at the 3-Star Major Command or 4-Star Major Command
• 3+ years of experience with US military command structure, DoD and civilian agencies involved in CWMD, CBRN, EOD, or NBC activities, including their policies, practices, capabilities, and organizations relationships
• 3+ years of experience with supporting and facilitating CWMD program actions in meeting requirements of the DoD and in the various command entities involved in overall planning and execution of CWMD operations and activities
• 3+ years of experience in the range of regulations, legislation, policies, and directives pertaining to strategic planning to conduct operating environment analysis and end states development
• 2+ years of experience in working with SOF organizations or doctrine
• Experience with the military as a Senior Officer at O-4 level or above
• Knowledge of Joint Publication 3-40 and 5-0
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
