, you will be responsible for driving substantial sales growth across a network of corporate and multi-plant operations. You will manage high-value accounts with annual new business targets exceeding $5M and total account values over $15M. Your role centers on strategically developing, maintaining, and expanding long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction, brand alignment, and continuous revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close annual new business opportunities of $5M+ across high-value strategic accounts.
Oversee total account portfolios exceeding $15M in value.
Create and execute large-group business plans aligned with client organizational goals to improve efficiency and drive sales.
Set and monitor performance targets for regional account managers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across all organizational levels.
Educate clients on product value, service features, and process improvements to ensure alignment and partnership growth.
Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate communication and fulfillment of client needs.
Lead coordination of internal teams (sales, project management, service technicians) to meet client expectations and project goals.
Delegate tasks to meet aggressive timelines and develop internal team capabilities.
Provide mentorship and support to other Account Managers to foster account growth and team development.
Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Analyze and report on sales performance, market trends, and account growth strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to align on new product strategies and customer needs.
Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company objectives.
Monitor and maintain compliance with contractual obligations while ensuring profitability.

Requirements:
Degree:
Bachelors in an applicable degree required.
Years of Experience:
3+ years' experience within industrial manufacturing. Food processing equipment manufacturing and installation experience is preferred.
In lieu of education:
5 years of experience may be accepted.
Skill Sets:
Strong multitasking and attention to detail, budget management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in ERP. Skilled in reading equipment, drawings, GAs, P&IDs, wiring schematics, and plant layouts. Familiar with LEAN methods is preferred.
