Responsible to define the most suitable solution for the system and provide the necessary support and assistance for system related issues both in the maintenance and implementation phases of the account. Guarantees optimal system performance through checks and system monitoring .



Tasks



In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:



Implementation:



Aids in making estimates for the development of allowed ad hoc system requirements by the customer. Analyzes questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Strada Exchange Collaborates with the Products team in resolving issues and raising new functionalities to be added to the standard product as is required by the customers Ensures compliance to the Strada Exchange standard Adapts and parametrizes the system solution for requirement gathering Performs testing for the different phases of a project as required . Analyzes questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Strada Exchange Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application Completes presented solution with newly identified needs during requirements gathering Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) Conducts data migration process to transfer data into the PEX system, including validation of transformation and data reconciliation - ( Strada Exchange Application support ) Monitors data migration loading with the enforced controls. - ( Strada Exchange Application support )

Maintenance and Support

Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application Performs testing for system fixes to ensure the solution works. Supports the client on queries regarding application functions. Conducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the system Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country Performs unit testing of these parameterization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment. Maintains up-to-date documentation of solution documents and technical specifications both on the client and standard levels.

Qualifications



In addition to the common skills all STRADA employees the specific for this position are:



Has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing. Has Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors Can work on multiple projects simultaneously Has knowledge in data migration processes Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:

o WebMethods

o SQL

o XSLT

o Ruby on Rails

o Webservices (WSDL, REST)

o Azure cloud
