We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate store staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Conduct interviewing, employee orientation, and onboarding processes to recruit top talent and ensure smooth integration into the team.
Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain effective communication with staff and customers by utilizing strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Supervise shift management, scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Utilize marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic through community engagement and promotional events.
Experience
Proven management experience in retail sales or equipment store environments with a focus on customer relations.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, and retail math for accurate pricing and stock control.
Experience with POS systems, computers, and sales management tools.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of developing staff through training & development programs.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
Familiarity with wireless sales or merchandising is a plus but not required.
