Drive Results and Efficient Operations \xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies to deliver sales, profit, and service targets. \xc2\xb7 You will leverage and understand all your business reports to make daily decisions. \xc2\xb7 You will drive sales growth in core businesses, balloons and omnichannel services. \xc2\xb7 You will oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory replenishment. \xc2\xb7 You will manage payroll and store profitability. \xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for store planning, scheduling, and task prioritization. \xc2\xb7 You will lead an operationally efficient store, enabling a sales and service culture. \xc2\xb7 You will provide services and solutions that drive customer loyalty. \xc2\xb7 You will always prioritize customer interactions over tasks. Physical Requirements \xc2\xb7 The replenishment process requires you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and maintaining endcaps \xc2\xb7 Climbing ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers \xc2\xb7 Ringing transactions on a register \xc2\xb7 Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
