Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in retail management.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory control
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Excellent organizational abilities
