We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional product to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the store, including staff, inventory, catering and customer service and quality of our products.
Create employee schedules and assign tasks accordingly.
Hire, train, and supervise store employees, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and consistent products in accordance with Brand Standards
Ensure team is meeting or exceeding company efficiency standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands through ordering with approved vendors.
Instruct staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of product.
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, proportioning, cooking and serving standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and implement improvements.
Monitor and communicate updates on new products to the team.
Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement promotional activities.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, other equipment and food storage areas.
Ensures accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet corporate standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
