What Youll Do:

As a

Store Manager

, youll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

Lead & Inspire

: Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.

Drive Results

: Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.

: Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.

What Were Looking For

Were searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.

Experience

: 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.

Skills

: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.

Physical Abilities

: Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Flexibility

: Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mobility

: Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
