A Day in the Life:
On a typical day, you will manage the operations of your store and performance of your staff. How you interact with guests will be the blueprint for you team. Your tasks will include counting inventory, hiring, making sales, and coaching employees. You will be responsible for meeting personal and store sales goals. You will also take part in trainings and attending weekly sales leadership calls.
As part of our retail stores, Store Manager compensation includes commissions and a minimum base pay of $X.XX. We are proud that our Store Managers make a national average of $24.85 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. That\'s more than $50,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The estimated average maximum is $70,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week.
