We are expanding and seeking experienced, motivated leaders to manage one of our busy Super Pawn locations.

Position Overview

We're looking for a

Store Manager

to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive sales and lending performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on retail experience, and a deep understanding of pawn operations or related financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned Super Pawn location Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver top customer service Oversee jewelry, firearm, and loan transactions with accuracy and compliance Track sales, lending activity, and profitability goals Recruit and train new employees Maintain inventory and store appearance Handle customer issues professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of retail or management experience

Strong

customer service

and communication skills Experience in

pawn, jewelry, lending, or check cashing

is a plus Knowledge of

precious metals and firearms

preferred Reliable, organized, and able to manage a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
