Job Summary


As the

Airport Store Manager

of Good Earth Markets, you'll lead a team dedicated to providing travelers with quick, healthy choices and essentials and a warm Good Earth Markets welcome.

You'll oversee all aspects of daily operations- from scheduling and inventory to cash handling and compliance with airport policies-ensuring the store runs smoothly, stays well stocked, and reflects our natural foods standards.

You'll coach, train, and inspire your crew to deliver

exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

, maintain product quality and freshness, and achieve sales and labor goals. This role is perfect for a

hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in building a positive, health-focused shopping experience for travelers on the go.

Duties



Oversee all store operations-

including scheduling, inventory control (including purchasing and receiving) orientation/training of team members, payroll, cash handling, and compliance with airport regulations Assist in maintaining all merchandising standards, display presentations, and signing standards

Assist in monitoring sales performance

through analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping

Lead by example on the sales floor

- assisting guests, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming, health-focused atmosphere Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-hours of operation 6:00am-11:00pm, including weekends and holidays

Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures:

cash security deposits, security systems, daily reconciliation, and airport reporting requirements

Monitor product quality and freshness

, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, rotated, and attractively merchandised

Maintain strong working relationships

with airport authorities and Good Earth Market's corporate team to meet operational and security guidelines

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

that reflects Good Earth Market's commitment to wellness, sustainability, and service excellence

Requirements



2+ years of

retail or grocery store management

experience (airport or quick-service retail a plus) Proven ability to

lead and motivate a team

in a fast-paced environment Strong

cash-handling, inventory, and scheduling

skills Ability to

train, coach, and evaluate employees

to ensure excellent service and compliance Ability to pass the Federal Criminal history record check and I-9. Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards Basic computer skills (POS, scheduling, email, and related software systems) Ability to work a

flexible schedule

, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays Ability to

stand/walk for extended periods

, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform hands-on floor work Comfortable working in a high-traffic airport retail space with frequent travel interaction

Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
