Sallisaw True Value Hardware

is looking for a dependable, hands-on Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our store. This role focuses on store operations, inventory control, merchandising, scheduling, cash handling, and customer service. The Store Manager is expected to be on the floor, involved in daily operations, and accountable for keeping the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations during assigned hours Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stocking Use the Epicor Eagle POS system for sales, inventory, pricing, and receiving Create and maintain product displays and high-visibility merchandising areas Manage signage and price changes Create and manage employee schedules per ownership direction Supervise staff on duty and ensure daily tasks are completed Oversee cash handling and register procedures Provide strong customer service and resolve routine issues
Schedule & Hours

Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position Store hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Qualifications

Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred Hardware, farm & ranch, or home improvement experience is a plus Strong organizational and inventory management skills Experience using POS systems (Epicor Eagle preferred) Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Able to lead by example on the sales floor
