Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive retail management experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and POS transactions. Manage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through effective team management and marketing initiatives. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards. Conduct employee training and coaching to build and maintain a skilled and motivated team. Utilize organizational skills to coordinate scheduling and time management for staff coverage. Ensure compliance with company policies, and store procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

Proven management experience in retail environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement. Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, and inventory management. Experience with employee interviewing, training & development. Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; leadership qualities are essential for success in this role.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
