The Role

As a

Store Manager / Service Manager

, you are the

driving force of the store's success

. You will lead daily operations, inspire your team, and create an exceptional customer experience. This role requires

sales ability, leadership, and energy

--the ability to bring positivity and motivation that sets the tone for the entire shop.

You'll be the connection between our nimble corporate team and your in-store family, with the autonomy to make decisions while knowing you've got a strong leadership team behind you.
