Pay: $18-$24/hr + Uncapped Commission

Lead by example as a Store Manager! You'll guide your team, optimize store performance, and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

Motivate and direct your team to hit and surpass sales goals Provide outstanding service and ensure satisfaction Oversee cash handling, inventory, and operations Coach and train employees to excel Keep store visuals and merchandising attractive Engage with local customers and promote the brand Address escalated issues effectively

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Previous retail or sales leadership required Strong leadership and coaching background Reliable and result-oriented Excellent communicator and problem-solver Available weekends and holidays
