As a

LICENSED OPTICIAN

& Store Manager

your role will be to embody the Sixty Sixty vision and values with our customers. You will demonstrates leadership competencies such as clear communication, team building, thinking critically, collaboration, and driving results while styling our guests.

Your manager missions will be the following:

Lead, inspire, and develop the retail team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and adherence to performance goals Direct daily business operations, ensuring the seamless function of the store and the best experience for clients Hire, Train, coach, develop and support store associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience Remove obstacles and find resolution in the patient/customer experience when needed Uphold team accountability, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating continuous professional growth Utilize a keen sense of style to assist clients in selecting frames that cater to their personal style and functional needs Educate and interact with customers in a casual and conversational manner, ensuring an informative and engaging shopping experience.
As a licensed optician, your mission will also be:

Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to meet the customer's vision needs Train your all team on the optical knowledge Perform accurate and efficient eyeglass fittings and measurements, ensuring that the customer's glasses fit comfortably and securely Verify and interpret prescriptions, and consult with the customer's eye doctor when necessary Supervise the operation of our in-house lab, ensuring that all glasses are produced to the highest quality standards and in a timely and efficient manner Work with lab technicians to ensure that all machines and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated Provide exceptional customer service at all times, and ensure that customer satisfaction is always a top priority

You are a

New Jersey licensed optician

You have experience managing employees (>2 years+) You are highly energetic with clear and engaging communication skills You have strong leadership skills You are not afraid of telling people when things are wrong You have strong inter-personal skills (friendly, caring, patient and enthusiastic) You have sales and problem-solving skills You have strong organizational skills You are able to multi-task and manage multiple situations at once Experience in optical is great but not mandatory

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus
