We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our nail and beauty supply store. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain excellent performance Manage inventory, ordering, and product displays for nail and beauty supplies Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle scheduling, sales tracking, and basic administrative duties Support marketing and promotional efforts to grow sales Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers on nail and beauty products

Experience

Previous retail management or leadership experience required Strong knowledge of nail and beauty products Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Basic computer and POS system knowledge Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
