Position Summary

We're seeking a professional, service-driven Store Manager to lead our Charleston location.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, team culture, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and maintain impeccable store standards Lead and inspire a small, detail-oriented team Ensure seamless coordination with our Columbia based production and management team Deliver an elevated customer experience -- every guest, every time Manage scheduling, workflow, and service quality
What We're Looking For

5+ years of management experience (drycleaning, hospitality, retail, or boutique service preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and strong attention to detail Dependable, organized, and passionate about quality service Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and service

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

Full-time | 40 hours per week
