Store Manager

at our Meridian, MS location, to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

This leadership role offers a competitive compensation package with earnings of $100,000+ annually.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a proven ability to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience. Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales management and retail operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment, particularly Kubota products preferred. Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
