Store Manager -- Mabry's Fine Wine & Spirits (Ocean Springs, MS)
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM(More hours as required, including peak holiday seasons)
Pay:
$16.00 per hour +time and a half after 40 hours
About the Role:
Mabry's Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as a
Store Manager
. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure our customers receive the best shopping experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.Responsibilities:
Supervise and support retail associates during shifts Open and close the store; ensure all daily procedures are followed Manage inventory, stock levels, and product rotation Maintain merchandising and display standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with deliveries, stocking, and register operations as needed Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and store policies
Requirements:
Must be
21 or older
Previous liquor, wine, or retail management experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be able to pass adrug screening
No felonies
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindsetJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
