Job Summary

As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our retail operations, leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals in both aspects of our business (shave ice & clothing). You will lead a small team in a fast paced environment, prioritizing customer service, efficiency, and accuracy. You will foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and development while ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.

What you'll do

Lead and motivate a small team in a fast paced environment. Understand and efficiently control the shave ice operation. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Ensure outstanding customer service by training staff in effective communication and problem-solving techniques. Manage employee orientation, training, & development programs to improve team skills. Conduct interviews and recruit top talent to build a strong workforce. Supervise shift management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Create and distribute weekly schedules for you and your team, approved by the general manager

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with supervisory responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail math for accurate transactions. Experience in retail and food service operations, especially in a leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
