We are looking for a motivated, experienced leader ready to drive store success and build a high performing team. As Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, coach your team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced, locally owned UPS Store. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to lead people and grow the business go hand in hand.

Total Compensation



Pay

: Up to

$52,000 per year

(based on experience and performance)

Bonus Potential

: $500 monthly bonus for meeting store sales goals 10 percent of quarterly net income growth

Paid Time Off

: 6 vacation days 4 sick days 2 mental health days

Key Responsibilities



Lead all day-to-day operations of the store Set performance goals and motivate team members Train and develop staff to meet customer service and operational standards Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and related store functions Drive profitability through smart planning, merchandising, and cost control Identify opportunities to improve store performance and support business growth Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

What We Are Looking For



Education and Experience



High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus Two to five years of management experience in retail or a service-based environment

Skills and Attributes



Strong leadership and team development abilities Reliable, professional, and goal oriented Detail focused with strong problem solving skills Able to interpret financial reports and drive store performance Comfortable working toward sales and growth targets

Requirements



Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store Must be able to pass a background check Must be eligible to obtain a Notary Public commission
