Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all day-to-day store operations and lead the team by example Set goals and motivate associates to meet performance and customer service standards Drive store profitability through strategic planning, merchandising, and expense management Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve their full potential Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory, cash handling, payroll, scheduling, and HR matters for your store

What We're Looking For:



Education & Experience:



High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's in Business or related field is a plus 2-5 years of management experience in a retail or service-based environment

Skills:



Proven leadership and team development skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance goals Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:



Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Frequent walking, bending, twisting, and stair use required

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
