What You'll Do:

Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.) Participate in leadership meetings and lead effective team huddles Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures Additional responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Open availability to support 24/7 operations (nights, weekends, holidays) 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred) A proven history of exceptional customer service Strong communication and leadership skills Basic computer and POS system proficiency Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
