Join M?lie as our New International Market Place Store Manager!

Hawai'i's premier luxury beauty and spa brand, M?lie, is opening a new boutique at International Market Place in Waikiki and we're looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead the way!

Must be professional, organized, responsible, dedicated, and trustworthy with computer skills and aloha spirit. If you're looking for an opportunity to be part of one of Hawai'i's most prestigious brands, this could be the job for you!

Job Duties Include:

Represent M?lie and and perpetuate the brand in the Waikiki market

Lead and inspire the Sales Ambassadors to thrive at Malie

Serve as M?lie's liaison within International Market Place

Implement retail marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

Maintain brand standards for merchandising

Manage inventory, POS operations, technology platforms, and bank deposits

Cultivate a high-level customer service culture

Ensure smooth store operations, scheduling, and sales performance

Exhibit great written and communication skills

Develop strong relationships with team members

Speaking Japanese is a strong plus

Position Details:

Full-time

Compensation: $32.00 per hour plus quarterly bonuses
