Big Apple Bagels on Kalamazoo Ave is

immediately hiring a Store Manager!

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join our energetic, customer-focused team. This is a great opportunity to grow with an

independently owned franchise location

(not the franchisor).

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience:

$15-$17/hr and tips

Schedule

5-7 hour shifts

Early morning shift:

4:30 AM - 12:30 PM or some time stay till close (2:00PM) Must be available for early mornings

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience Perform early morning baking to open the store by 6:00 AM Drive sales growth and bring new ideas to improve store performance Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling Supervise and support team members to maintain smooth operations Prepare and cook food following simple, step-by-step recipes Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
