Job Title: Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our retail operations, leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in their roles while fostering an engaging and productive work environment. You'll oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, and ensure that our customers receive top-notch service every time they visit Gambrills Auntie Anne's & Jamba.

What you'll do

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and effective merchandising strategies. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance. Manage payroll processes, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize store profitability. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store initiatives. Supervise daily operations including cashiering, shift management, and cash handling procedures. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales management to optimize revenue.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff members. Proficiency in bookkeeping and administrative tasks related to store operations. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
