Position Summary
The Store Manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops the team, maintains brand standards, and drives a consistent guest-first environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operations, culture-building, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage day-to-day store operations
? Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
? Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost controls
? Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready store at all times
? Implement systems and uphold accountability standards
? Lead weekly ordering and vendor coordination
? Support mobile unit operations, catering events, and community activations
? Collaborate with ownership on turnaround strategies and growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
? 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in quick-service or fast casual
? Strong leadership and team development skills
? Experience managing labor, inventory, and food cost
? Full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
? ServSafe certification
? Experience with Restaurant365 or similar systems
? Background in catering, mobile food ops, events, or store recovery

Compensation and Benefits
? Salary of $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience
