Pay: $17-$22/hr + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
Lead your team to meet and exceed store goals
Provide exceptional customer care and service
Manage store operations, cash flow, and inventory
Recruit, train, and mentor team members
Maintain strong merchandising and visual standards
Represent the store in community outreach efforts
Handle customer escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
Previous management or leadership experience in retail
Skilled in coaching, motivating, and organizing teams
Reliable and goal-driven
Excellent communication skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
