Store Manager

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $18-$24/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview

Lead, inspire, and grow with our team! As a Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll manage a motivated team, provide strong leadership, and help customers stay connected through the latest wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets Provide outstanding customer service and ensure store satisfaction Manage store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures Train, coach, and develop team members for success Maintain store visual standards and merchandising Drive community engagement and local marketing efforts Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Proven retail or sales management experience (wireless industry a plus) Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills Goal-driven, professional, and dependable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
