Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum has 4 retail locations and we are looking for a candidate that is ready for a great opportunity in a fast paced, customer focused and growing company.

Work week will be Monday-Saturday with one day off (not Saturday) during the week.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of retail sales people Schedule classes Create a fun and inspiring store showroom Place product orders Evaluate profit/loss statements Ensure EXCELLENT customer service culture is promoted in store Train and evaluate employees Track weekly/monthly results and trends for business forecasting Ensure a fun culture in the store is maintained Track and review sales leads with sales force Report directly to Operations Manager and Owner Engage sales team in daily and weekly sales meetings Attend and engage in bi monthly management conference calls/video calls
?Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or other related management fields or combination thereof Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Understand the importance for excellent customer service Proficient in excel Computer literate Ability to think outside the box Strong problem solving and ability to articulate solutions to sales force
