is all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. We're part of a nationwide unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings. We buy and sell the latest looks in teen clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Plato's Closet Boulder

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively while fostering a positive team environment.

Duties

Manages daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervises and trains staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture. Oversees inventory management and control processes to maintain stock levels and minimize shrinkage Creates a customer experience that exceeds expectation and drives customer loyalty. Leads by example on the selling/buying floor, motivating the staff to achieve store goals. Implements promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Maximizes opportunities to grow the business and consistently looks for ways to improve. Works with store owner on administrative tasks, including budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years management experience is required. Experience in retail store management is preferred. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for teen fashion. Is familiar with teen clothing brands and understands current teen fashion trends. Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds. Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
