Pay: $19-$26/hr + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities

Lead team to achieve sales targets Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality Oversee daily operations and cash handling Recruit, train, and develop staff Maintain store standards and visual merchandising Build community partnerships Handle escalations with care and professionalism

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Retail/sales management experience required Leadership and coaching expertise Dependable and goal-driven Strong communicator Must work weekends/holidays
