Store Manager

who leads from the floor, builds strong teams, and believes that great customer service still matters.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, develop and coach your team, and ensure the store is organized, well-stocked, and welcoming. Most importantly, you'll help deliver the Ace promise:

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, staffing, merchandising, and inventory Hire, train, coach, and develop a motivated team of associates Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize great performance Drive sales while managing payroll and expenses responsibly Ensure the store is clean, safe, well-stocked, and easy to shop Plan and execute seasonal merchandising, promotions, and community-focused events Partner with Ace vendors and utilize planograms and merchandising standards Champion excellent customer service by leading on the sales floor Review customer feedback and service metrics and turn insights into action Maintain accurate inventory and reduce shrink through strong processes Promote safety and ensure compliance with company and Ace standards
What We're Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in retail (hardware or home improvement a plus) A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing people Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others Comfortable using basic retail systems and reports Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a strong plus

Physical & Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Retail store environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to weather

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
