Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team and support our company's mission of impact for the special needs community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily retail operations to include but not limited to scheduling and managing staff performance, implementing merchandising strategies, monitoring and driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, and leading a sales team to achieve company goals. This role requires strong sales strategy skills and the ability to manage various aspects of retail operations effectively.

Duties



Oversee daily store operations

to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all retail activities.

Schedule and manage staff coverage

to meet operational needs and peak sales hours.

Maintain optimal store appearance

, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visually appealing product displays that align with brand standards.

Manage inventory levels

, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular cycle counts to prevent overstock or stockouts.

Implement merchandising strategies

to promote seasonal collections, new launches, and best-selling products.

Ensure compliance with company policies

, safety standards, and health regulations (especially for products involving skincare and fragrances).

Monitor and drive sales performance

, analyzing trends to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Organize in-store promotions and events

, such as product demos, sampling days, and loyalty program drives.

Train staff on product knowledge

, including ingredients, benefits, and usage for bath and body care products.

Recruit, hire, and onboard store associates

, focusing on candidate's passion about wellness, skin and body care, and positively impacting the special needs community.

Set performance goals and conduct evaluations

, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.

Manage cash handling procedures

, including bank deposits and compliance with financial policies.

Build community relationships

by partnering with local businesses, artisans, or wellness events to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

Proven experience

in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

Strong skills

in communication, training, and multi-tasking.

Exceptional customer service skills

fostering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and sensory-driven in-store experience.

Proficiency in cash handling practices

with attention to detail.

Effective ability to sell products and services

while providing a unique customer experience.

Experience in supervising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
