Some of the opportunities involved with the Store Director position are:

Providing and modeling outstanding customer service Planning and directing day-to-day operations of the store Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales Ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient Oversee product displays and merchandising Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting and training strategies to maintain optimal staffing in all departments Work with store budgets to meet or exceed store goals Ensure a safe working environment for all associates and customers Monitor food safety practices throughout the store

Qualifications:

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or 5 years minimum management

experience in retail or a related area.

Must have extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and excel at leading and directing store associates. Must be proficient in MS Office programs and comfortable working with technology (computers, smartphones, apps, online shopping, etc.) We are interested in motivated, energetic and growth minded professionals
