The Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable

Store Clerk

to join our team. In this role, you'll support the daily operations of our store--helping customers find the perfect flavors, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and beautifully presented. You'll also assist with order fulfillment, product bottling, and day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys learning.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product questions and tastings Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions, returns, and exchanges Perform cashier duties, including handling cash and issuing receipts Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns promptly Upsell products and promote store specials to support sales goals Stock shelves and organize merchandise following store standards Fill, label, and prepare products for the sales floor and online orders Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including the checkout area Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity Support team members and supervisors during busy times

Preferred Experience

Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort with retail math and inventory processes Experience with merchandising, upselling, or product demos is a plus Supervisory experience is a bonus for future leadership opportunities Ability to lift 10-20 lbs
