Minuteman Press - Avon Lake is an established and growing digital printing and marketing business entering an exciting phase of expansion. We're seeking a driven and experienced leader to oversee store operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences -- with the potential to become an equity-holding business partner.

This is a career-defining leadership opportunity for a high-performing CSR, print production specialist, or graphic designer ready to step up and manage all aspects of a print and marketing services operation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and production workflow, ensuring projects move from quote ? approval ? print ? invoice ? delivery with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Lead morning production meetings, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication across all departments.

Provide prompt, professional, and energetic customer service -- answer calls quickly, respond to inquiries within minutes, and maintain a sense of urgency throughout the order process.

Prepare accurate quotes immediately upon request and follow up within 24-48 hours to convert inquiries into orders.

Coordinate artwork, proofs, and approvals efficiently to avoid production delays.

Cultivate strong client relationships, seek referrals, and explore new revenue opportunities.

Monitor KPIs, revenue performance, and profitability metrics.

Perform daily/monthly closeouts, support payroll submissions, and assist with accounting processes.

Performance & Bonus Targets

Demonstrate consistent speed, accuracy, and follow-through in all tasks.

Support the team goal of $2,500-$3,000 in total invoiced orders per working day through responsive communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth handoffs.

Quarterly or Semiannually

5-10% Variable Pay Bonuses

Ensure projects flow from inquiry to delivery with minimal errors or rework.

Actively convert quotes and inquiries into confirmed production orders.

Maintain positive feedback, repeat business, and high client retention rates.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong background in CSR, print production, graphic design, or store operations.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with digital printing equipment (Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, Canon) and finishing tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Experience leading a team and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
